Shopify: FOMO

We get it. Sometimes life gets in the way! In this pair of spots for Shopify, we invited back users who have hit pause on their Shopify subscription to revisit their project, reminding them of what they’re missing out on– access to the best tools available to design your brand, ability to get it in front of customers, and building the business of their dreams. To execute this narrative, we created two playful spots which varied in visual concept– one spot focusing more on the human form and faces, and the other focusing on typography and propping. Both spots featured pixilation and stop motion techniques that added an unexpected and delightful aesthetic to our overall dynamic and colorful look and feel. And of course, we made sure to feature Shopify’s powerful tools by highlighting UI moments throughout both spots, leaving viewers wanting to know more.
