HBO Films: Wild Inside
A Eurasian Eagle-Owl named Flaco escapes from the Central Park Zoo and sets off on a magical odyssey through Manhattan. After years in captivity, Flaco must overcome his lack of survival skills and answer the call of the wild, discovering that he was wild inside all along.
For the film, Mighty Oak and Kaleida Studio created animation, maps, and graphic design to follow Flaco’s journey through New York City as he explored unfamiliar places and transformed Manhattan into his own magical wild kingdom. Animated maps chart his flights across the city, while illustrated and animated moments bring his adventures to life.
Our teams also designed the film’s full graphic package, including the main title, social media graphics, and animated and editorial treatments for text and articles.
